LANAE OVIEDO
Lanae brings years of dedicated experience as a criminal trial attorney to her practice. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from San Joaquin College of Law, where she was honored as the recipient of the esteemed Hugh Goodwin Scholarship. During law school, Lanae had the privilege of serving as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Erica Grosjean, Magistrate of the United States District Court Eastern District of California.
Lanae proudly serves clients in the Central Valley. Her legal practice encompasses a broad spectrum of cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious and violent felonies. Lanae specializes in criminal charges including firearm offenses, gang crimes, domestic violence, theft crimes, DUI’s and drug related charges.
Drawing from a legacy deeply rooted in the legal profession, Lanae is a third-generation attorney. Her mother, Serita Rios, boasts 17 years of experience practicing criminal law in the Central Valley, while her grandfather, Stephen Rios, has upheld a distinguished career spanning over 40 years in criminal and family law in Southern California. This familial heritage instilled in Lanae a profound respect for the law and dedication to delivering exceptional legal representation to her clients.
